With over a decade of hands-on experience in the industry, Justin takes pride in solving complex pool problems and getting them fixed right the first time.
Although he didn’t come from a background in the pool industry, Justin quickly established himself as a trusted expert. He holds a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and has completed various manufacturer training programs. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through his role as a board member for local pool company associations.

Justin Pinson is a member of the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA). He was a board member for nearly a decade and also served as the President for his chapter. He is also a member of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA), and he has a Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL).
Tracie Pinson

Tracie is the owner of Round Rock Pool Pros, working alongside her business partner & husband, Justin. Since joining the company in 2017, Tracie has played a key role in its growth and success, bringing her strong background in education and administration to the table.
Before stepping into the pool industry, Tracie spent nearly a decade as a dedicated educator. She taught Special Education for middle school students and later 8th grade English, where she developed the communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills that now serve her so well in managing the business operations at Round Rock Pool Pros. Though she doesn’t hold formal pool care certifications, Tracie has gained deep industry knowledge through hands-on experience and is known for her commitment to excellence and customer care. She’s the friendly voice behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly, and customers are well taken care of.
Outside of work, Tracie has a passion for restoring furniture and interior design—a creative outlet that reflects her eye for detail and love of transformation. Her advice for pool owners? Don’t neglect your pool between service visits. A little routine maintenance—like skimming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets—can make a big difference. Justin has been with Round Rock Pool Pros for 4 years and plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. With certifications including CPO, IPSSA Levels 1 & 2, and an AGOR Retail Certificate, he brings extensive expertise to the team. His background in distribution and service companies gives him a well-rounded understanding of the pool industry. Justin enjoys working outdoors and connecting with both customers and vendors.
He believes Round Rock Pool Pros stands out thanks to its top-tier customer service and skilled technicians. Outside of work, Justin enjoys time with his dog Kali and cheering on the Texas Rangers. His go-to advice for pool owners? “Empty your skimmer baskets and keep water in the pool!”
Lisa Myers

Lisa has been a vital part of Round Rock Pool Pros for 4 years, serving as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for both customers and the team. With a background in customer service and problem-solving, she thrives on helping people and learning something new every day.
Lisa is our Remodel Coordinator, in addition to helping out with admin tasks in the office. She works closely with our superintendent and contractors to ensure each project runs smoothly and stays on budget. She is the main point of contact for our remodel customers, helping them with design elements, communicating timelines and progress updates, and answering any questions they have along the way. Outside the office, she enjoys competing in a bowling league. Her advice to pool owners: “Learn how everything works with your pool—it’ll help you stay ahead of any issues.”
